As Head of Global Partnerships for Black Women Talk Tech — the collective behind Roadmap to Billions, the world's largest tech gathering for Black women — Nat spearheaded global partnership strategy, building and directing a remote sales team that consistently closed sponsorship deals with some of the world's most recognized brands.

Nat's events career spans some of the most high-profile activations in entertainment and media. As Director of Partnerships & Sponsorships for the NATPE Living the Dream Summit in partnership with the NAACP, Nat secured sponsorships with Discovery Network and Universal Music Group. Those partnerships funded 500+ complimentary seats, making the event fully free and accessible to all. Earlier in her career, she managed 350+ staff across a Windows 7 experiential campaign running across 21 airports nationwide.

As a founding team member of NYCE Companies — a real estate development firm and fintech on a mission to create 100,000 millionaires by 2030, focusing on BIPOC communities — Nat played an integral role in scaling the company from the ground up.
